UBRec Fitness will once again be offering in person fitness classes spring 2022. Classes will be held weekly following the UB academic calendar. Come join us, as we safely move back to in-person classes to promote health and wellness to our UB population and community.
The Spring 2022 permit will give you access to all classes.
Spring 2022 semester permit dates:
valid for classes 1/31/22 - 3/18/22 & 3/28/22 - 5/13/22
(no classes 3/21/22-3/24/22)

Total Body Strength
Total body strength training classes utilize dumbbells, body bars, free weights, and more. Aim to increase muscular endurance and enhance bone strength. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend; sign up for a total body workout!
