Pickleball Lessons

New to pickleball? This introductory lesson series is the perfect place to start! Designed for beginners, these lessons will cover the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Participants will learn basic rules, scoring, court positioning, and essential skills such as serving, returning, dinking, and volleying.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring your paddles and a willingness to learn. By the end of the session, you’ll feel confident stepping onto the court and joining in on recreational play.

Location: Ellicott Court Complex Pickleball Courts

Parking: Richmond Parking Lot

Please bring a personal pickleball paddle, water bottle and appropriate clothing to each lesson. 
Pickleballs will be provided.

• There are no lesson refunds for personal absence (illness, vacation, etc.).
• Makeups will be offered if a lesson is cancelled prior to the scheduled start due to either weather or instructor illness.  Makeup dates are selected based on the availability of the instructor; most makeups are scheduled Friday – Sunday. If you are unable to participate in a make up class, the class is not refundable.
• Communication about class cancellations and makeup is provided through email.
