o Training classes will be held in the CPR Room at Clark Hall, South Campus.
o Times for these courses are scheduled as needed. Please make sure you are looking at the date and time of the course that you have registered for to avoid confusion.
o Parking passes are required during business hours, upon your arrival the instructor will provide you with a temporary parking pass to hang from your vehicle's rear view mirror.
o You MUST register for the course prior to your arrival. We will NOT accept walk-ins at this time.
This course is for those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements and for the general community interested in learning CPR.
The Heartsaver First Aid with CPR and AED course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. CPR for Infant/Children and Adults includes CPR and First Aid for Choking, Signs of Heart Attack and Stroke, use of Barrier Devices and use of AED; plus First Aid Skills. Course content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies, CPR & AED and an optional Environmental Emergencies.
